The Future of Starboy Worldwide With R2bees, Mr Eazi and Efya

Few days ago we got the news Starboy Entertainment now Starboy Worldwide boss, Wizkid, signed three new artistes- popular Ghanaian Afro Hip-Hop duo R2bees, Efya and Mr Eazi- to his record label and that rapper, Omar Sterling of R2bees is the president of the label. The evolution of Starboy Entertainment into Starboy Worldwide spells out Wizkid’s huge dreams and determination to make his label a global one. Starboy Worldwide now parades Wizkid, L.A.X, R2bees, Efya, My Eazi, two ‘wicked’ producers- Maleek Berry and Legendary Beatz- and one US-based DJ, Tunez.

While it is unsure where L.A.X’s music career is heading, his boss keeps waxing stronger with recent collaboration with Drake, the world tour he is currently on and many more. We all know the capabilities of the two super producers mentioned earlier. While Legendary Beatz produced award-winning ‘Ojuelegba’ that American Hip-Hop superstar, Drake, jumped on, UK-based Maleek Berry has also worked with Wizkid and many other big Nigerian talents as Naeto C and Wande Coal. While DJ Tunez’s abilities may not be known yet, it is common knowledge to Nigerian/ Ghanaian music lovers R2bees are arguably the best Pop duo in Ghana. They have, in the past, worked with a number of Nigerian artistes from Wizkid to Wande Coal.

With Afropop superstar, Wizkid, Omar, one skillful rapper, Mugeez who is a talented Ghanaian pop singer, Efya who is a Pop/R&B queen  with hypnotic vocals, Mr Eazi who is a promising pop artiste, two powerful producers and one DJ, Starboy Worldwide is now a consummate squad that has the prospect to become the biggest record label in West Africa and one of the best in Africa in very near future.
